CES 2008: Dual HDS Speakers from Dual Electronics

Dual Electronics debuted a new line of high definition, two way mobile speakers. They were designed to perform to spec year after year. These Dual HDS speakers feature long-throw, dynamically balanced PP cones and lightweight one-inch Ferro fluid cooled silk dome tweeters.

They come with a low mass Kapton voice coil to ensure quick audio response and shallow, solid-stamped, rust-proof black steel basket to give an unobtrusive installation for any vehicle and mounting hardware.

It comes in four sizes to give you the best fit. The HDS552 is 5 ¼” and will cost $60, it’s rated at 55w RMS and 165w of peak power. The HDS652 is 6 ½” and costs $70 and will handle 300watts. The HDS572 is 5×7” costs $80 and gives 75w with a 22w peak. The HDS682 will cost $100 and puts out 100w of RMS and handles 300w of resilience for musical peak energy.
