that probably came off as a bit rude, my bad... but the projector does have some upsides, which is brightness. it was incredibly bright for the small package. and the color comparison, is strictly color to color, so as far as gaming on it or watching movies, that will be for some one else to determine. we were using it to stick in a small area, and we were looking for colors to be extremely precise. so as far as color precision, this projector doesnt have it, but like i said, the brightness was amazing for the little package.

Very interesting. It's strange to hear Casio say that the colors are so "pure," and yet from a personal usage perspective, it's terrible. Thanks for the insight, though.

Goes to show that there is always a more expensive option.

uhh... this thing is junk... its a DLP LED projector... no LCD's yet... MEANING the colors are not great... use a HD LCD tv and put yellow on it, then do the same yellow on the projector... looks brown, its fantastic... even with correction the yellow looks a bit more yellow... but it messes with everything else. for 800 to 1100 id rather buy a huge monitor or smaller TV... your article about as pure as it gets is a smidge off (or way off) and yes i have had hands on with this projector...

if you want DLP... make sure its 3 chip DLP. thats the good stuff... expensive though...
