The well known speaker maker from Germany, Canton has announced immediate shipment of its flagship reference series 3.2 DC audiophile-grade loudspeakers. Like most German’s finest automobiles, the leading edge speakers and top of the line from Canton’s floor-standing unit doesn’t come cheap. Selling at $16,000 per pair, the full range speaker is targeting most discriminating ears of musicians, audiophiles and avid music lovers.

The premium gets you three-way bass reflex system with outstanding deep bass response and smooth high frequency response that is linear to 38.5 kHz with company first’s ceramic dome tweeter and other features as follow :

Midrange – 7-inch aluminum midrange driver and a pair of 8-1/2 inch aluminum woofers.

High quality crossover network with Canton’s signature “DC” displacement control circuitry to limit uncontrolled driver excursions at infrasonic frequencies.

45-3/8 x 11-5/8 x 15-7/8 inches and weighs 99 pounds.

Available in black, white or silver piano lacquer, or a cherry wood veneer with a rich piano finish.
