The monitoring camera uses a high-sensitivity progressive-scan CCD, an advanced auto focus system and the proprietary Canon DIGIC NET processor to ensure a crystal sharp and clear recording at high quality VGA (640×480) resolution video in 30fps. The high performance hardware-based image processing and encoding has enough juice to handle both Motion-Jpeg and MPEG-4 video capturing simultaneously. Other features help to maximize recording clarity like Smart Shade Control and Auto day/Night switch.
