It’s a tricky one, certainly. Still, the 7D and 60D aren’t exactly new themselves, so perhaps a new Rebel would herald the start of a broader refresh – the T3i steps up to near-60D capabilities, and then higher-spec versions replace more expensive models.

This makes no sense. How can they add any features at all without intruding upon the 60d’s feature set. They are so close already. They certainly can’t release totally new technology, 7d and 60d owners would be to mad.

These dlsr are just being replaced to fast. But I guess that’s the name of the game these days.
