Call of Duty Ghosts gameplay goes underwater, dog combat hits PS4, Xbox One

This week E3 has started off with an expanded look at what it'll mean to be playing the game Call of Duty: Ghosts. In the "All Access Gameplay Preview" presented by the makers of this next-generation title, users are given a look at how underwater sniper missions will look like, hunting down the enemy remotely with the all-important dog companion, and a few awe-inspiring looks at the landscape (such as that which you're seeing below this paragraph.)

This week will be playing host to more than a few previews such as this, and inside and surrounding the views we'll be seeing of the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 the demos will be in no short supply. The folks at Infinity Ward have gathered together their first presentation in a single video for those of you not lucky enough to have been at their first event in-person.

This set of gameplay videos has not been specifically tied to any one gaming platform, but will likely reflect the final product on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC in due time. What's more: this game has had more gameplay and in-depth chatter promised for later this week as well. Ghosts will not fall short during the biggest week of the year in gaming, that's for certain.

What you're seeing is just the latest in a line of similar previews shown by the developers of this game, each of them having appeared in the past few weeks in and around the first reveals of the Sony and Microsoft-made consoles appearing in final form nearer the end of this year. Pre-orders for this game have begun as well: November 5th, 2013, is the launch date, and the game itself will be popping up on consoles first (with PC-tied action coming soon after, one would hope).
