An estimated 180,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in the United States, and more than 40,000 of them die of the illness. In support of the fight against the deathly disease; Virgin Mobile, LG and Best Buy are teaming up to raise awareness by donating 5 dollars from sale of each special edition LG Pink Flare to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
The limited edition LG Pink Flare mobile handheld is only available exclusively at Best Buy stores nationwide. For a mere $29,99, you get a Bluetooth, WAP browser and a dual color display speakerphone clamshell phone in a pink outfit; and show solidarity to the noble cause as nearly 17% of the sales will go to the foundation.
Additionally, the phone service carrier, Virgin Mobile USA, is committing to contribute a minimum of $150,000 to the cause.

Komen for the Cure®, the world’s largest breast cancer organization, funding life-saving breast cancer research and community health programs.
