I’ve driven the Roadster in San Jose (Santana Row) about a month back. Its
a fantastic car, a real show pony and just what an electric car should be. And
with the new charging systems it can be fully recharged in 45mins.

In fact I liked it so much I have placed a deposit on the Model S. It will replace my Holden Monaro when it finally arrives in 2013.

So what if Clarkson is a dick and talks crap all day. We all know how much Clarkson loved the Monaro, and here I am selling it to by a Tesla because it performs better.

Wrong… yes its a lotus frame and body. but due to typical british lack of ability to work a 40hr week, the cost of producing the 7in longer frame and body seemed beyond them.

Face it Brits, there’s no empire anymore, The Beatles are gone and tea is not cool anymore stop being so bitter and spiteful, not all good things come from Britain….. not for a very long time!

Yeah. Or maybe we would just like something that went a little further than walking distance a little bit faster. And I’m talking real walking distance, not the 3 meter american walking distance.

Leave it to the brits to kill the electric car.

I’m sure they would prefer a car powered by coal the traditional way.
