Breaking Bad, Seinfeld stars appear in “Barely Legal Pawn”

Even if you’re not one to watch a lot of TV, you’ve likely heard of Breaking Bad. If you’re of a certain age, you may have also heard of a greatest-show-ever TV show by the name of Seinfeld. It seems that post-Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus has fallen on hard times, and took to Barely Legal Pawn to solve her money woes.

Louis-Dreyfus, who was just trying to keep pace with Celine Dion, drunkenly purchased an island. No big deal, we all make impulse buys, so Dreyfus is really just an everyday person, right? Like us, she also considered pawning some valuables to raise some much-needed funds for that over-the-top purchase.

Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul seem to have folded quietly into society as pawn shop owners, and assumed new identities. then again, maybe that’s just the real them, right? Maybe both were always something straight out of Deliverance and/or Kingpin, rolled into one odd duo. Who knows.

Either way, the three crossed paths recently. Louis-Dreyfus was trying to sell her Seinfeld Emmy, and Cranston & Paul were just running their business, doing their pawn thing. It’s a dream come true for fans of either or both show, because it’s just that funny.

In all seriousness, the video was a promo for the Emmy’s, where all three are up for awards. Louis-Dreyfus for her work on Veep, and Cranston and Paul for Breaking Bad. If you look closely, you can see some Breaking Bad memorabilia in the background. Also, bonus points for anyone who knows Cranston already knew Dreyfus. He had a recurring role as dentist Tim Whatley on Seinfeld.

And that sweet Audi Elaine Louis-Dreyfus is driving? Go ahead and be jealous -- but thankful. The video is also a promo from Audi, who is sponsoring the Emmys this year. Notice how she'd rather pawn an Emmy than that car? Can't blame her.
