The Bose Bluetooth Headset two has major flaws.

First the good:
it is very comfortable for long time use.
it is the best I have used (including Jawbone Era) for voice clarity & voice commands on iPhone.

the Bad:
Very bad - it does NOT switch properly between devices in multi point mode. For AU$200 this is the most needed feature I have for a device like this. But it doesn't switch back properly so you have to turn the unit off and on again to use it! Falsely advertised & documented.
Support is TERRIBLE. It has been 6 weeks since I bought my unit & only now after waiting for weeks for a replacement they tell me the features advertised won't work until they update the software (IF they actually do it).
There is no 'tap to answer'
Not very loud
No audible phone number announcement of incoming calls. So you have to look at the screen of the phone to see who is calling.
Can't switch ears.
