Yeah, the only advantage with Bluetooth 4.0 on iPhone vs earlier Bluetooth versions is lower power use.
Besides that, it’s still pretty much just bluetooth keyboards and headsets you can use it for. That’s mostly POINTLESS! Why have wireless keyboards for a phone? Especially if you’re one of those who love that 30-pin dock contact.
I’m not sure if wireless headsets alone is reason enough besides that to motivate Bluetooth support.

Doesn’t that chart say Bluetooth Smart devices aren’t compatible with other Bluetooth Smart devices? Smart only works with Smart Ready.

What a joke! Until iPhone is ‘allowed’ to send and receive files like mp3′s, Smart Ready on an iPhone is as useless as tits on a bull. Even dumbphones from the 90′s had this capability with bluetooth 1.0.
