		<description><![CDATA[Ah, so they meant that this one satellite (though if it&#039;s not going up into space, can it be called a satellite?) for testing will not go into space.  Perhaps it&#039;s just my reading comprehension abilities, but I think the article could use some editing to make things more clear; the last paragraph seems like a bunch of sentences were just thrown together without consideration.]]></description>
