I’m neutral in this forum, but the total failure of evidence or analysis makes this the shakiest story I’ve read in a long time. Next time, ask your witness, “What makes you say that?” It will pull out his or her evidentiary foundation. I like what I’ve seen so far about BB10, but I own a Nokia N9, so many of the functions are similar. I think that RIM has more to offer, and rumor-mongering adds little to the discussion.

I fail to understand how things work outside of India. In India, we know that the first quarter starts from January and ends in March. So how exactly is this a delay?
And if Misek knows so much about RIM, I hope he has made millions trading its stock till date.
This is just another tactic from the analysts paid by the companies who are scared shitless about what they have seen of BB10 till date.
It’s ok to be afraid, be very very afraid, BUT resorting to such underhand tactics??? Tsk tsk!!!
Have the balls to face the Os and the hardware when it comes out and do RIM one better!

RIM did a wonderful job making their interpretation of an Android phone!
The real question on everyone’s minds should be what’s after OS10 for RIM if there even is an “After” hard to say but I’m going to say it anyway..They’re Bottom Feeders now and they’re going to need much more than a 2 year old OS to pull it off!

OS 10 has been baking for about 18 months now…it’s already an old OS
even before it’s launched! Does anyone really even care about RIM other
than Rimheads?

A fortune teller does more research and presents a better case than Peter Misek. Thinly veiled attempt to manipulate stock price, nothing more….unfortunetly this still works with so many lazy journalists ready to go along with it, who has time to research facts nowadays.

Misek is one of the worst analysts in the business. To me, this is nothing more than someone trying to depress the stock price because they shorted the stock and are losing their shirt. RIM already stated that devices are going to carriers for testing within a couple weeks and the deadline for developers to submit apps to be eligible for the $10,000 guarantee is January 21. Taking this date along with the fact that carrier testing usually takes about 2 – 3 months, this points to a late January, early February release. Sorry, I don’t buy Misek’s misinformation.
