Yeah – lets play the “Valve” card every time this comce up. You’re like a M$ fanboi crying about how you won’t use a Mac ’cause there aren’t 350,000 game titles.

The folks in charge at Valve have a personal axe to grind. Where is EA or Blizzard on this ? You don’t see them boycotting the new OS and losing their mega-billion dollar revenue streams.

I’m not a fan of M$ by any stretch of the imagination but get over yourself with the whole “But Valve….wah wah wah…” argument – it’s old already.

How was it inevitable – if the premise of the interview was about the Foundation and its efforts – to end up talking about some product by a company that is not directly linked – its not the Microsoft Foundation.

The interviewer should have stayed on topic and focused on the Foundation topic – not sidetracked over to the M$ bull.

Very unprofessional.

If they wanted information about Windows – then the interview should have been about that.

The AP moron should be lucky that Bill Gates was nice enough to let the focus of the Polio work be shifted to software (beacuse we all know that Win 8 so much more important that eradicating a disease).

You didn’t mention how his polio vaccine has been deemed dangerous in the US because of the high mortality rate or how he got called into a European country by his juniors to get sympathy from the government and change the linux decision on the one laptop for ever child program or their long history of anti competitive practices and proxy war with Linux (by selling/giving patents to patent trolls they know will sue linux using companies [Vringo, Intellectual Ventures, MOSAID]) or how they are destroying Nokia from the inside (succeeded in destroying the competing OS’s) so they can buy it cheap and it’s huge patent portfolio to continue patent trolling linux using companies or how it produces ex executives that seek out and destroy competing OS’s or seek to compromise them.
Basically Microhard is an evil mobile failure.

Tablet interface on a desktop? Yeah um game devs are already saying it’s going to suck. Valve has started opening up to linux to hedge against how much windows late sucks.
