Oh good. So transportation costs will go up. Because all we need in our never-ending recession is higher prices on anything shipped by truck.

We’ll see in the next 10 years if the government will stay on track with this program. If done properly, we should see a difference in about 25 years or more. These new trucks and motors will be won’t replace the ones still on the road, but it’s a start.
