Actual you can fix that. But you can’t do the cure vamp quest one quest out of hundreds I have completed. Go to a church before you sleep and always save before you sleep just in case.

All large games lag. And freeze. And not just bathezda games so quit hating. Even with oblivions problems I still play or for hours on end and enjoy it. It freezes periodically lags and drops frames. Every game has glitches

Bethesda hasn’t really solved the PS3 problem now you cannot go into any body of water without the game freezing up, so two thumbs down to Bethesda

Besides PC be able to install things that make the graphics look better, multi-platform games have the same graphics. Although PS3 is graphically more capable, its capability is only shown through PS3-only games. Just sayin’

@ Mr Jelly. Obviously you are some type of pro-bethesda/xbox troll. The 1.3 patch screwed up as much stuff as the 1.2 and the 1.4 DID NOT fix hardly a thing. All it did was postpone the lag for a few hours. My save file has since went from 9000KB to 15 MB and my lag is twice as bad now. You are a retard. FYAD.

Over 200 hours on PS3 and no real problems. I am confident that I’ll get platinum with no problems as well. This is actually the most stable Bethesda game I have ever played. I was glad to see the mannequins working properly though. ^^

360 blows its a NWO BS machine lol. But all seriousness WHY CAN YOU UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE PATCH OVER AND OVER AND SHRINK ANY SAVE FILE DOWN TO WHATS NEEDED.!!! Play to 6MB with the patch and start to get some slow down???? NO!!! problem, Uninstall it and re install it and everything is fine again at about 3mb. Yet at 3mb your playing the same exact game you were playing at 6mb? WHY!!!!!! how could that be? Why no change in what has happened in the game, with less of a file? You do it again to see, and now your at like 2mb, and the game runs perfect!! this time again. Yet its the same game that went up to 6mb? How can you have the same stuff sitting around and everything you do at 6mb at 2? Seems like that extra BS memory is being stuffed in their via something else? Or maybe Beth. just got caught with their heads in-between bills azz.

I have a PS3, A 360 and play PC gaming too.

Whilst I only have Skyrim on the PS3, I havn’t had any issues platform specific issues since the 1.3 patch, and the 1.4 patch seems to have improved things further.

All the issues I read about, I have also seen on friends systems.

If anything, the Xbox is the duff version now, as it looks significantly inferior graphically, and now all 3 platforms play the same, it’s getting the bum deal.

You stated that Xbox 360 did not have similar problems. That is not true. It just takes a bigger save file before a player experiences the same issues as the PS3 users. I started having crashes, freezes and weird bugs around a 11meg save file. Once I hit about 14 meg, I started having more frequent freezing and crashing. At about 15 meg, sometimes my graphics would disappear and to this day, I cannot leave The Companions hall after I enter (game crashes on the loading screen). As I continued to play after the 10meg mark, my game just started to feel like it was degrading – graphics worse, texture pop-ins happening, animation no longer working (waterfalls). slow motion movement due to framerate drops, crashes, glitches, broken quests. The playability and graphics were noticeably worse than when I started playing and for about the first 100hrs.

They still havent fixed that damned home run kill hit by the giants either…. Then again this is the same damn company that forced be to spen an extra 30 bucks so I wouldn’t have to play as a vampire in oblivion, becaus ethey didn’t want to fix one of the biggest glitches in their game

Any PS3 specific bugs in Skyrim have long since been patched. The remaining game engine/scripting problems affect ALL systems equally…..
