Beta registration opens for Quake Live

We brought you news earlier in the week of the new free add-supported Quake title. Apparently it’s getting a lot closer to production that we thought, as they’re already opening up beta registration. Hit the jump for the skinny on how you can get signed up.

All you need to do is head over to the official Quake Live site and enter your email address. The selection will likely be random, as they don’t ask for any info aside from your email.

I’ve tossed my name into the hat, so I’ll be sure to let you know if I get in. If anyone else is lucky enough to get accepted, drop us a line and let us know what you think.
