Yea dell dick me over too. placed my order about a month ago and they said my expected date to get it was Oct 20th, but figured it dropped on Oct 11th i would get it before the 20th, NADA they still have it processing when i logged in yesterday, now i just got an email from them saying that it has been discontinued would i like the other version or do i want to cancel my order. damn i should of went with gamestop and preorder with them. it would be cool if xbox would give us an update with at least half the free cars for this bull they are putting us through. Dell said they would ship the regular game to me if i want it by nextday air to click the accept icon, ssshiot bump that i calling them cats and getting more than a nextday air service. JUST VENTING CATS JUST VENTING AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! see ya on the track.

I preordered at gamestop around March. Preorder for the Collectors Edition was not availible, so I put money down on a standard one. Gamestop told me they would call me when I was able to upgrade my reservation to the collector’s, they never did. I came in once a month until late august and they told me the same thing,” you can’t pre-order the collector’s yet.” I came in early Sept and they told me all the collector’s editions were spoken for….[rage face] So, I picked up my regular version and have yet to open it while I search for a collector’s edition to swap it for. Best Buy isn’t the only company to dick us over, or maybe it is microsofts fault.

Amazon hasn’t cancelled yet but when we asked why our pre-order hadn’t even shipped yet we were told that the item wasn’t available but would ship as soon as it was.

It happened to me from K-MART online. MY ORDER WAS CANCELED TODAY (the 12th)! PISSED.

They cancelled my order, but still sent me the pre-order bonus car. So this morning I went the Best Buy a block from my college when they opened to see if they had any. They had one copy of the Limited Edition on the rack and I got it. All’s well that ends well.

funny i knew this to be the case. I tried to pre-order sunday at local best buy couldnt decided to visit the best one around. they had two LE in the racks, see the issue with best buy is they put everything out at open or noon for release. HMM! walk in a best best buy buy one one LE didnt have loot to buy the other :( straight off the shelf hahahahaha……

yep im one of em that got the shaft.
