		<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t bank on the &quot;In Store Pickup&quot; either. I purchased a Logitech iPad keyboard online and selected the store pickup. I received the email saying it was ready for pickup and after driving thirty minutes and kept waiting for an hour I was told their inventory count was off and they really didn&#039;t have my order, nor would they anytime soon. 		<description><![CDATA[I ordered an iPad wifi/16GB about 2 weeks ago and got a confirmation saying it was good to go and would ship in 1-2 days.Great! When I didn&#039;t receive a shipping confirmation early this week I got a little worried and looked up the order on BB&#039;s site. Sure enough, the status had changed to &quot;backordered: shipping in 1-2 weeks&quot;. REALLY? I was never notified and would never have known if I hadn&#039;t checked back in with them. Not helpful. Luckily I was able cancel the order and locate the same product at a store nearby (yes, a BestBuy unfortunately) and pick it up in person. The most frustrating part for me was that they made zero effort to let me know of the change. How hard it is to send an email to customers with backordered items, unless quite frankly you don&#039;t want to deal with them or don&#039;t have a plan for doing so? It must be a mess over there. ]]></description>
