Why anybody needs 200Mb/s adapter if it has only 10/100Mb ports? If those ports would be switched ports - then it would be possible to utilize 200Mbps, but if it's a hub - you won't get 200Mbps.

"These three ports however is not a gigabit ports, it’s 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet ports."

The three ports *ARE* NOT. "The ports is" is WRONG... "is" is for singular. "He IS, they ARE", etc.

Proper sentence: "These three ports, however, are not Gigabit ports but 10/100 Mb/s Fast Ethernet."
