Do you ever think about modding your game consoles to make them look better than before? Sure, those fancy-pants designers that work for the big companies do a decent job and all, but surely you could come up with something better in your spare time. While that isn’t true for most people, it is if your name is Ben Heck. His latest mod is the PS3 Laptop.

PS3 Laptop

I’ve been thinking about picking up a PS3 for a little while now, but no matter which version of the console I get, it will pale in comparison to this beauty. I’ve listed the full specs below for your drooling pleasure. What’s more is that if you want to own this laptop, Engadget will be putting it up on the auction block soon, with all the proceeds going to charity.

  • Original backwards compatible 60GB model
  • 17-inch LCD HDTV screen: 720p
  • HDMI-DVI connection (same as last Xbox 360 laptop)
  • Built-in keyboard, USB ports, stereo speakers, headphone jack
  • Size: 17 x 13.75 x 3-inches
  • Weight: 16 pounds!
