Battlefield isn’t going to replace Call of Duty as the most played FPS and you know why? Battlefield made a really great game, but they made it far more superior for PC players. I know consoles are about 5 years old, but they just made a worse version of the game for consoles. There are far more console players than PC players, so they just alienated made people that might have wanted the game, including me as I am a console player. So, most console players will back out and there are not very many PC players. Battlefield just created two different games with creates conflicts between Battlefield console players and Battlefield PC players, thus driving the Battlefield community apart. Better luck in one and a half to two years, EA.

I have always played Battlefield on the computer and CoD on the console, but this game looks amazing, I just might have to try it on the Xbox. Graphics hands down beat CoD, but graphics don’t make a good video game. I believe this game has the potential of replacing CoD on the throne of best FPS for the console.

Battlefield all the way, COD is getting more and more cheesy and more like a bunch of cartoon characters parading around. Reminds me of a pinball game where the score lights up everytime you get a headshot etc…

All in all, Battlefield is superior in gfx, gameplay, and fun!

I am a fan of the older COD games (pre mw2) on pc. But after seeing this, I think I will have to try Battlefield out again (haven’t played since Battlefield 1942).

They don’t need to dedicate a lot of resources/marketing. BF3 looks amazing, and DICE has a great team of developers. I’m not saying CoD is bad, just that BF3 will be the superior online experience.

battlefield has always been the better game. FFS you cant even jump on things in COD – that is just pitiful. To me the biggest reason why Battlefield is better is geomoding. i simply cant believe COD hasn’t implemented this yet. because of that COD feels like you are playing in a 2d arena, battlefield feels like you are actually in a virtual world.

note: i am a battlefield fan (but bought COD black ops simply because my colleagues were playing it). also i’ve played a hell of a lot of FPS
