Earthy tech toys are becoming more and more main stream. For some reason we’re fascinated when we figure out how to combine nature and electronics. Well this bamboo optical mouse is the latest edition to environmentally friendly electronics.
Most people by now know the benefits of bamboo. However, if you still haven’t figured it out (aka you live under a rock), bamboo is a grass, which of course reproduces much faster than trees. It also can be reused and decomposed without adding any harmful chemicals.
Even though it is a mouse made of friggin grass, it is still priced at almost $40. Hopefully, eventually these ethical products will stop being so expensive. Until then we’ll just have to continue killing the wallet just to help the environment.
