iRiver will be briefing the CES crowd in a few short hours, but we thought we’d take an early look at one of the new products they’ve brought to the show.  The WAVE-HOME is not an easy device to categorize other than to say this – iRiver wants it to do a lot for you.

Nyko has been working at building a better Wiimote, and the result of that effort is on display at CES.  The Wand, as it’s called, offers a feature that Nintendo’s own Wii remote fails to deliver – force feedback and Wiimote button control through attachments.

Nokia announced today that the E63 will be making it’s way to our shores sometime within the next few weeks.  The E63 is a messaging device with a QWERTY keyboard and full HTML browser.

If you’ve been itching to buy an Android-powered device but don’t want to change wireless providers, you’re in luck – sort of.  A prototype touchscreen device called the Giinii Movit Mini has shown up at CES, and the folks at Gizmodo got to play with it.

It seems that Panasonic is working hard to keep your home theater setup as neat as possible.  They’ve pulled the wraps off of the Z1, an HDTV that, in addition to being only 1 inch thick, employs technology to transmit an HD signal wirelessly.  No HDMI cable needed.

OQO Model 2+ now available

According to the Dynamism web site, the OQO Model 2+ is now available for purchase.  The OQO, which sports some netbook-like specs but a very different form factor, touts itself as “the most advanced superlight PC on the market”.

If you’re looking to experience true 3D gaming, look no further than the NVIDIA GeForce 3D Vision.  You’ll feel like you’re really in the game, and the biggest plus – the glasses aren’t hideous.  I’m willing to bet Kanye West would gladly sport those babies.
