		<description><![CDATA[ATT customer service is simply the worst in the Universe. I never signed up for Uverse but somebody with the same name did, apparently. I found this out after a week&#039;s worth of talking to reps at various locations for most of a week after my internet went out. It was like I had another job to do every day after coming home from work. At first they simply insisted that I had signed up for Uverse (I had not). They asked me security questions I could not answer because they pertained to someone else. eventually they put some kind of patch on the issue, but it happened several more times. I would call to complain and they would tell me to call the Uverse number. Uverse would ask me the same security questions and around we went again. It took years to resolve. I laugh every time I get a Uverse come on in the mail, which for a while was at least twice a week. AT&amp;T sucks.]]></description>

I had the service a couple years back for about 6 months.  It had major issues back then, disconnecting and slowing down constantly. Every time we called AT&amp;T they would deny the problem, and deny we&#039;ve even ever previously called.  They didn&#039;t bother to fix it until after we cancelled. 		<description><![CDATA[I was oos on Internet and TV service intermittently from Tuesday on. It finally came back last night around 1am. My nine year old missed one of her shows and we couldn&#039;t even record it... I didn&#039;t get to record a couple of mine... This better not happen when Walking Dead comes back!! :) 
My husband got the run around for two days until we finally got the truth of the problem last night - and they gave us a $20 credit on our bill. It should have been more in my opinion as it kept me from doing work at home and I had to spend more time in the office to make up for it. 
Hopefully they&#039;ll realize they should make up for this a little better to their customers... as my hubby said watching the &quot;Rethink Possible&quot; icon circling on our screen for hours... &quot;Let&#039;s Rethink Brighthouse&quot;! LOL]]></description>
