AT&T Motorola ATRIX 4G due March 1?

Motorola's ATRIX 4G could arrive on AT&T's network on March 1 2011, according to a leaked internal document from the carrier. Android Central's tipster sent the site an AT&T screenshot seemingly confirming the launch date for the 4-inch dual-core smartphone, which launched at CES 2011 last week.

According to the shot, the ATRIX 4G has an SKU of 65230 and will be coming out of AT&T's Memphis warehouse. There's no mention of the HD Media Dock nor the Webtop dock (which has a full-sized keyboard and 11.6-inch display), however, so it's unclear if those accessories will be available at launch.

More details on the ATRIX 4G in our hands-on coverage from CES. The smartphone is expected to arrive at around $199 with a new, two-year agreement, though without either the regular or Webtop docks.
