		<description><![CDATA[Still not good enough to be very competitive with T-Mobile&#039;s free &quot;4G&quot; tethering with 5 gigs and then throttle after that--so still unlimited.

I don&#039;t like the throttle, and would rather that overages eat up my minutes (hell, 100 minutes a gig sounds fair). But, a throttle&#039;s better than 10 bucks for potentially going 1 or 2 megs over the threshold.

AT&amp;T has lost their edge and did so when they became beholden to the iPhone. Now they&#039;ll have to really work hard to keep the momentum.

They need to focus on better infrastructure, maybe sit back and observe for a little bit, and then really see where the market goes, while doing just enough to remain relevant but not try to compete, openly, with a market that&#039;s about to take a very sharp turn--as these things do.

The cloud bubble pop? The mobile bubble pop? The second tech bubble pop?
