NTT Docomo in Japan has had Napster subscription music downloadable over the air for about six months now and all ATT can do for us in the U.S. is give us this a la carte $1.99 per song downloading? I love my Napster subscription, but ATT is lagging.

Most phones out there let you put some form of mp3 on them, so a mobile Napster is pretty much pointless. But then again, it’s not like you can get an iPhone for $150.
