They told me to call back later tonight to check in and if its not fixed within 24hrs to call again so they can look further into the problem. The lady also said as of now the computers are in all markets are all reporting outages. Will report back later!

Its pretty sad that this is happening. Right now though my 3G is back up but I cant sync my email at all.
