I am saddened and dismayed that Apple's vaunted reputation for THE BEST customer experience stops at their products and does not extend to the carriers its chosen to do business with.

ATT, "America's Network of Possibilities", is just that - possible will improve its worst call quality and slowest network standing, possibly will not. Possibly will Rebate and lower its "Highest text and data plans innthe country, possibly NOT".

Since iOS and iCloud about to launch, with Apple seeking to lock more customers on their ecosystem, Apple MUST be aware thatbroadband speed and reliability is CRITICAL to theircustomers. WHY Apple is not going to release an iPhone 5 for Tmobile's HSPA+ 42network, the second fastest carrier next to Verizon's LTE,is beyond me. This is a Tim Cook decision to streamline development because the TMobile version will require slightly different hardware. I am disappointed that Apple isn't aware that ATT has cormed the GSM iPhone market and has leveraged its excljsivity to raise prices, NOT invest in augmenting its services, and BLAMES Apple's users for its poor service. ATT is dead last among the carriers in infrastructure investment and Apple, continjes to support them.

ATT continues to abuse its position with its iPhone customers and Apple lets it continue, i think it will be another year when an LTE iPhone comes out before ATT suddenly sees a mass exodus of its iPhone users to a superior network. Until then, ATT can enjoy free-market defying "worst service, highest prices" for another yearor two.
