AT&amp;T actually has the most unused spectrum at the moment. That point was brought during their merger hearings. Even then it could be easily refarmed once they drop legacy networks.

Guess they playing their &quot;Good ole USA&quot; card pointing out that a Japanese company shouldn&#039;t own that spectrum. ]]></description>

This is a major differentiator to the At&amp;t + T-Mobile deal. We are not slowing competition at all. In fact, Softbank seems comfortable with taking on all of Sprint&#039;s assets and debts which has been ailing it since the Sprint+Nextel merger. It will be nice to see Sprint&#039;s financial situation stabilize finally.]]></description>
