Worth Reading?

NoYes

Whether they are trying to directly compete with Apple or not, the size and piano black glossy finish sure lead to such inferences. So the 13.3” size isn’t the only thing grabbing attention, the 3.9 pound weight is also nice.

An amazing list of features is included too, such as 3G wireless, integrated GPS, fingerprint scanner. There is also a newer feature that you may have seen popping up, Intel’s Turbo Memory, which only works with Vista.

The processor choices consist of Intel’s Core 2 Duo processors. The graphics are powered by a welcome 128MB Nvida GeForce 8400M and can be output through an included HDMI-out port. There is also support for up to two and a half gigs of RAM.

There are only two downsides, first there isn’t an official price or release date. Second, there is no integrated optical drive, although an external one is included.
