I thought the ASUS anounced price of £499 was pushing the boundries but for this retailer to then stick a mark up on top makes it ridiculous. Yes it’s an amazing tablet but £550 for any tablet is crazy money. I’ve been holding out for this for ages but I’m now seriously considering just getting a dual core device, after all you can pick up an iPad 2 for £359 or get a Xoom 2 for £380, obviously neither are as good but at nearly £200 pounds cheaper they’re looking like a more tempting option now.
