What’s that, you say?  Why, it’s ASUS’ Eee PC 1101HA, the 11.6-inch Atom Z520 model from the company’s slippery Seashell range, and it’s sat next to the packaging it so recently was unboxed from.  It’s the handiwork of NewGadgets.de, who have managed to acquire one of the netbooks over in Europe.

There’s not much unusual to note in terms of supplied accessories or ports – price competition and limitations by Intel and Microsoft have pretty much squashed out any individuality in the segment – but the keyboard looks well spaced and ASUS’ battery claims are certainly impressive.  They’re suggesting the 6-cell battery is good for 9-10hrs.

The ASUS Eee PC 1101HA apparently went on sale in Europe at the end of June, priced at around €399 ($555).  No word on when we can expect to see it arrive in the US, however.
