I agree with you but tell me dose not talk back or add tasks ext. Some people like the idea of situ and because of that they will pickup an iPhone so having this app will give wp7 another I have an app for that too as well as tell me.

Why? Windows Phone has had built in speech recognition/control since mango. You hold down the windows button and talk.
