If you’ve been waiting for the GPS device of the future, you’ll be pleased to see the latest concept from designer Art Lebedev. Called the Navigarius, this GPS offers up a round screen and an interesting form factor to set it apart from standard fare.

Art Lebedev GPS 2

The concept gadget has a touchscreen, microSD card reader and a USB port. It also includes a power adapter that can be plugged into your cigarette lighter in your car. The mount is very small and curved, offering a more stylistic appeal than standard mounts.

So, this gizmo probably won’t ever hit production, but hopefully it will inspire upcoming GPS models, especially since it could fit in very well with some sleeker car interiors.

Check out the new Porsche Panamera. It has a beautiful GPS built into the dash near the speedo. http://www.porsche.com/canada/en/models/panamera/
