With IFA 2016 underway smartphones and tablets are rolling out at a furious pace and the latest product to debut comes from Archos. The device is a tablet that packs a massive 13.3-inch screen and is called the Archos 133 Oxygen. With a screen so large, the tablet is aimed more at use in the home than mobile use on the go.

The native resolution of that 13.3-inch screen is 1920 x 1080 and it has high color fidelity and fluidity. That processor is backed by 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Internal storage can be expanded up to 128GB with a microSD card slot. The rear camera is a 5MP unit with Flash Focus and the front camera is a 2MP unit. Power comes from a massive 10,000-mAh battery promising 5 hours of video playback per charge. The tablet has integrated Bluetooth and GPS capability and has WiFi hotspot capability.

The OS is Android Marshmallow and the tablet is pre-loaded with the Archos video player. That video player supports playback of most multimedia formats with video acceleration, subtitle downloader, video resume, TV friendly, and can play content on local networks and external devices. The Archos 133 tablet will launch in November and will be offered globally. It will sell for £179.99 in the UK equating to about $238 in the US.
