This isn’t even close to and apology. Apple whined their asses off about Samsung and had articles on the front pages of newspaper about Samsung. The courts should spell out to Apple to make a well publicized apology to Samsung on the front pages of papers.

iPhone: “iPhone caught Galaxy copying my answers today in class”

Apple H8TRS love this kind of thing, but just think if you had a lawsuit against an employer or company and the court FORCED YOU to say something the Judges prepared. Don’t think that kind of anti-1st Amendment mentality can’t creep to these shores.

They didn’t forget permission to use the technology, they knew they were infringing all along. They just hope their big steel balls they dangle will hypnotize anyone into believing them that they really invented 4G, and their phone is the first to market to have such a technology. You know, like the claim that they make the thinnest phone ever made? Or the most accurate mapping software? ;)

How exactly was that an apology? In no way did they apologize, all they did was say that Samsung didn’t copy, here’s the judgement.

Samsung seems quite proud of larger mobile screens, stylus use, and 3rd party NFC chips in their current adverts.

Wow, talk about sore losers. It isn’g Samsung’s fault that a judge could see the blatantly obvious, that Samsung didn’t copy them. Just because another phone is popular doesn’t mean they had to copy their design. I can’t wait to see how all the 4G/LTE suits play out. That was just a fricking stupid play by Apple to forget to get permission to use technology patented by someone else.

Thank goodness Apples stopped acting like babies for once.

Now, they can continue to “innovate”, like they did with Swiss clock designs, Pandora’s business model, 7 inch tablets, and larger mobile phone screens, among their other “groundbreaking” ideas.
