i have this problem a few times, i have to shut down the device and reboot it to fix it. closing facetime in the multitask bar would not get rid of it/

I had this the other day. I opened a FaceTime with my Dad and I saw a black screen while he saw I still image of me at the park earlier in the day. I had opened FaceTime while at the park but by accident.
