There is no argument. I'm stating a fact which is 'People have been saying Apple is in decline for the last 4 years', as you can see, I'm stating fact...again, there is no argument.

You also seem to have a problem with reading comprehension. I didn't state that 'people said Apple was in decline 4 years ago', I stated that people have been saying that for the last 4 years, meaning starting 4 years ago and continuing. These two statements don't mean the same thing at all.

Seeing as how your paragraphs are constructed terribly, and you have an apparent problem with reading comprehension, I'd say your implications of me not having an education are quite funny/ironic. This also leads me to believe that you're projecting on me. Please stop projecting on me. And go easy on your mother for being a cheap floozy. Being a single mother must be tough, and she only made her self sexually available in order to give you the best childhood possible.

Your words are cheap... And so was your mother.

But in seriousness, sir, why differentiate arguments and statements? You seem to direct your "statement" towards those who stated their points as to why apple this apple that. Most people would call that.. an argument.

I do agree with you though, people who said apple is in decline four years ago were sadly mistaken, especially since the first iPhone was revealed five years ago and its 2nd year (which is 4 years ago) was very strong. But were "us people" or was anyone actually saying apple is "in decline" 4 years ago? No

This has led me to the conclusion that I actually used as the intro:
Your words are cheap.
And so was your mother.
Let her know you need money for education.

Uh. Apple WASN'T the own who first made a tablets and phone devices like this.

Before we Claim the Galaxy Tab is a "knock off", the HP TouchPad is essentially MORE of a "knock off" than the iPad. Why Didn't Apple go after HP? Because Apple knew they had no chance against HP, and in reality, Apple could get their tablet banned. Why? HP/Compaq has been making tablets since 2001/2002.

Apple is (essentially) the LARGEST infringe-r here. The reason why the Apple products are KNOWN is because of Marketing. They know how to FLAUNT IT.
And then they get all the credit for it.

I think the point he is making is that Apple is not fighting with innovation, they are fighting with litigation. The Retina display is a masterpiece, as is the price to pay for it. It is greatly overpriced, but people will buy it simply because of Apple's great marketing. If anyone actually looked at their products for what they are, they would realize how much of a dream they are in. I have never seen a company that will upgrade their desktop operating system, and force their customer's to buy software they already own for a second time, because what works on "Snow Leopard" will not be incompatible with Lion and Mountain Lion. In essence, re-buy your software if you want it to work with Mountain Lion.

I don't like Microsoft either; but I will say this, at least they are not lazy like Apple (or perhaps inconsiderate of customer's is the right phrase) to not build in backward compatibility. Things that work in Windows XP, work in Windows 7. But now with MAC, things that work in Snow Leopard will not work in Lion.

This same company that will quickly seek bans on other companies because they want to thwart competition and stifle innovation of other companies, is the same company that will steal innovation from Android. You call it crap droid, but I don't know if you have realized how many features apple has blatantly copied from Android. All companies borrow in one way from one another; the problem with Apple is that they are hypocritical in their copying, always claiming that what they do is original and revolutionary, but seeking to ban any company that makes anything remotely similar to it, or even better than it.

Android's reach far out weighs Apple's iOS. Android is 50 percent market share worldwide and in the U.S. (where Apple once had the grip). And that's just phones; that does not factor in refrigerators that are using Android, car stereos, watches, and the list continues to grow. Google learned very quickly from the open source community: "Make something that the community can take and do what they want with it."

Both Android and iOS have their flaws; I have seen UI experience on both operating systems both be exciting and a headache. I have no problem with innovation; but I have huge problems with Apple's hypocrisy; they have been stealing for decades, since Xerox. The truth of the matter is, the fear Android will do to them what Microsoft did to them, take over the market and cause the company to decline. The interesting this, history is repeating itself again; they started strong, competitor comes along, knocks them down greatly as far as market share, and they are litigating to compete. It is Microsoft vs. Apple all over again; except this time its Google and not Microsoft.

Samsung's phones and tablets are very different than Apple's products. The Galaxy S II, which came out 6 months before Iphone4s, was still a better phone; and it even outsold the iphone 4s over the Christmas holidays. The Galaxy S III will do the same thing again; apple knows this, and this is the reason for the preliminary injunctions all the time. It is a fear tactic. I don't dislike Apple because "they suck" and because I'm an Android fan boy (which I am.). I do not like Apple because of they are inconsiderate of their customer's wallets (by which I mean they seem blind to the fact that it is inconsiderate to ask your customer base to re-buy all their software because Apple's OS is not backward compatible), if you want to use certain functions of Siri, or the new maps app that will be released, you must own "their newer hardware," even though your "older" hardware will run the exact same iOS version!

They cheat their customers. And the customer base blindly accept it. No uproar :( They revolutionized the phone industry with the release of the iphone, and iPad; it had never been done; but since that time, their business became "keeping market share," and not cutting edge innovation; just look at the incremental upgrade of phones. Iphone, Iphone 3g, iphone 3gs, iphone 4, iphone 4s. Look at the incremental upgrades in their iOS. And now they are forced to use features from a competitor, Android. Turn by turn navigation is in their new maps app to be released with iOS 6. That has been in Android for 2 years or more. Notification center? Notifications has been in Android since 1.6, three years ago. They have retina display for a few years, they just decided to begin using it on laptops, and you will pay hefty for it. Siri was new and great, but it is highly limited (and I will not go into that in detail; it is not as tightly controlled by Apple as they would like it to be which will cause problems for them to innovate further, particularly against Google is no doubt revamping their voice functions, and who completely control it).

My point is this, look at Apple in honest detail and you will see these things. Google has their faults as well, but being they are not hypocritical (at least in the way they treat competitors), I have no need to either defend them in the matter, or expose them in the matter; nor do I defend Samsung. I personally think something happened between Apple and Samsung privately that has caused all these lawsuits, at least initially. Apple is aware that the Samsung Galaxy S II was called the greatest smartphone of all time. That same phone that came out six months prior to the 4s. They are on it; Apple knows it, and fears another Microsoft'ish takeover.

I think the point he is making is that Apple is not fighting with innovation, they are fighting with litigation. The Retina display is a masterpiece, as is the price to pay for it. It is greatly overpriced, but people will buy it simply because of Apple’s great marketing. If anyone actually looked at their products for what they are, they would realize how much of a dream they are in. I have never seen a company that will upgrade their desktop operating system, and force their customer’s to buy software they already own for a second time, because what works on “Snow Leopard” will not be incompatible with Lion and Mountain Lion. In essence, re-buy your software if you want it to work with Mountain Lion.

I don’t like Microsoft either; but I will say this, at least they are not lazy like Apple (or perhaps inconsiderate of customer’s is the right phrase) to not build in backward compatibility. Things that work in Windows XP, work in Windows 7. But now with MAC, things that work in Snow Leopard will not work in Lion.

This same company that will quickly seek bans on other companies because they want to thwart competition and stifle innovation of other companies, is the same company that will steal innovation from Android. You call it crap droid, but I don’t know if you have realized how many features apple has blatantly copied from Android. All companies borrow in one way from one another; the problem with Apple is that they are hypocritical in their copying, always claiming that what they do is original and revolutionary, but seeking to ban any company that makes anything remotely similar to it, or even better than it.

Let me see here. Let's talk about Apple innovation for a moment:

iPod, iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air and just recently MacBook Pro with Retina screen. From what I can tell, that is what you called Apple innovation and the world are trying to catch up (this is a fact and not an opinion).

So please go away and go back and build your own PC and stick with CrapDroid, I mean Android.

I know the Apple fans don't like to hear this but Apple has had its day. Other manufacturers have taken mobile way beyond what Apple ever could and the devices (tablets and smartphones) are getting better every day. Bans and lawsuits clearly are Apples' only weapons these days because they cannot compete with innovation.
