 I’ve been a strict anti-apple guy for most of my technical career (15+ years), in recent years this has started to change as I’ve seen colleagues using Apple products more and more. I’ve actually started taking them seriously (not just products for consumers that need to be spoon fed). I see stuff like this and it reminds me why I hate Apple… So in my opinion their definitely not helping their cause, I think a lot of people do take this stuff in to consideration when buying products. Apple needs to take a step back and try staying ahead through innovation. (and not using the legal systems to do it)

Now their angry and paranoid about the competition.

This is pretty stupid as well, any one buying a tablet is going to know the difference between Apple and Samsung. This is just another sleazy move by Apple to trip up the competition by dragging them through a legal quagmire…
