The court system lags technology world development by about 10 months! By the time this is over Samsung will have new tablets for Apple to sue. Product bans should have a 2 billion dollar up-front deposit; it would not stop Apple, but at least it would make them think about it.

Wow. Among the other 200000000 trolls online you get ^ guy. Stop for one second before you flame Apple and think about where the design, structure, look and feel of what a tablet is came to be THAN go on and take sides. Everyone flames Apple. Yeh sure, Microsoft had this idea first, but they did nothing with it. Enter SJ and a revolution takes place. Big companies like Samsung jump onboard and literally COPY the iPad in almost every shape, way and form and now you get idiots such as yourself claiming Samsung should win? Sure it run’s on a different OS, Android is amazing, but sue Apple for 3G infringments than complain when Apple sues them for stealing what a tablet, interpretted by Apple, should look like? How’s about Samsung and all you fandroids come up with your own tablet that doesnt look like an iPad? Impossible? Possible.

Well regardless of the merits I hope Samsung wins. The Apple strategy is to kill android, and I am personally very invested in the android ecosystem. I just purchased a Nexus 7, and made sure I preordered it early after you the Galaxy Nexus was (temporarily) banned from sale. I was not going to get caught out in the rain by what seems to be ban after ban instigated by Apple.
