The judge should have include that Apple compensation Samsung lost of time and sale in the UK and EU. And make Apple state on their site “We are crooked and we are trolled with patents”

I hope this stands, and it would be a good lesson for Apple to stop its ” its a copy everyone” when it plainly isn’t. Sucked in Apple, you deserve this and the people should be aware of your dirty scummy ways. What better way than making you come clean on your own site.

I think this is the same judge that said the Samsung tablet ‘wasn’t as cool as Apples’…. So actually it isn’t an attempt to advertise his opinion at all!

Judge brings up a great thing. If Apple wants to waste courts time on “frivolous” lawsuits, they should expect the same in return.

I’m sorry, but Apple didn’t even the tablet and totally not the look as well.
