That is called corporate welfare they can get our money but they’re no willing to even pay taxes. I’m assuming that new site will only report loses while all the profit is reported from oversea tax heaven sites. Way to go Travis county.

Freedom to operate as you please AND reap the local tax benefits without guaranteeing the provision of local JOBS sounds like one of their typical snow jobs. If she has to even ask, in the first place, it wasnt made clear that they intended to do so.

Apple probably gave them iPads or shares. Set a calendar date for the next fiscal year’s financial disclosures and see what the city council reports. Gifts from Apple? Or will they even report them?
