		<description><![CDATA[Frankly i think apple being able to get injunctions for something like this is a bit absurd..... First off Psystar&#039;s computers look nothing like a Mac Design wise... Second the fact that someone would hold up an agreement you cant even see without installing the software is just a bit off realistically.... A good chunk of MMO developers were taken to court and lost due to things like this claiming a ToS and tings of that matter were really more or less unenforceable.....  

The other thing here really...They bought the mac licenses... and then more or less offered more or less a service where they would install OSX using something like OSX86.... Which technically given certain things would be well within their legal rights to do so..... 

Honestly the entire fallacy here is that apple&#039;s agreements are way too far reaching and a judge who cant see that is on this case *shrugs*]]></description>
