Right now Chick Fil A is suing a Kale company for using “Eat more kale” as which is similar to their TM “Eat more Chicken”. If they didn’t it would open the doors for Wendy’s or Burger King to use “Eat more beef” I know these are not really the same thing but still blame retarded Patent/Trademark Laws

Their tactic all along was, if they couldnt ban the Samsung prodocts outright, theyd at least stall for time whilst these hearings went through, thus killing the tabs before they even saw the light of day. The Galaxy tabs are a nice Tablet, but with the advent of the Tegra 3 quadcores already coming on stream, The current tabs are already dead in the water.

Samsung do have the tenacity and resources to build new and improved devices very quickly, so they will bounce back, but this was a deliberate ploy by Apple, to slow them down.
