Gee, who would of thought that apple would advertise one of its products to do something, when it actually can’t. That’s right, siri can’t do shit in Australia even though its advertised to be your assistant. And also advertising that the new iPad is retina, when it is actually not, not according to Steve Jobs. Why don’t apple start calling their products by a name that will suit them. Ipoo comes to mind

Yeah this seems like such an easy problem to fix and could have easily avoided it. If you don’t support something, don’t advertise it.

Their problem is with the fact that Apple advertises that the iPad has lte capability outside of the US, when it doesn’t support lte outside of the US.

Whether Australia likes it or not, the “4G” branding is still accurate even if LTE isn’t supported. That’s thanks to the ITU and their indefensible decision to include HSPA+ networks within the “4G” definition.
