This is clearly a shake down... Where were they when Apple announced the first iPad? Nooo... They waited until Apple's shares first rose above $500, and bragged that they had $97 billion in cash just lying around. Apple is on top for the moment, and has big cross hairs on it's back for anyone to come out of the woodworks to claim money. Knowing this, you can bet your ass that Apple would be very careful about patents, trademarks and acquired companies with non-compete clauses etc... Apple wouldn't be so careless. Clearly Proview is trying to take advantage of a minor loophole, and growing Chinese national sympathy. In light of some bad PR that Foxconn is giving Apple.

Have you seen a Proview computer? Apple might as well counter sue them for directly ripping off the original iMac in form, function, design as well as a whole host of other proprietary things related to an "All-In-One" computer, starting back as early as Lisa or Macintosh ( classic )
