In other news, holy crap that’s expensive.

Kind of lets you know why android is destroying apple in parts of the world where phone subsidies aren’t as prevalent.

Not only is it terrible that iPhones don’t have expandable storage, but now other phone makers seem to be following suite (not all, but more than they used to). It’s terrible for the consumer.

The price is the price. Subsidized, it is much lower, but you commit to $1600 over two years. This holds true for a non subsidized, 16gb Samsung Galaxy S3. There are non flagship LTEs ,but not many for $325 unsubsidized. Would you mind shedding light on which phones that are available NEW at half price? Or just admit that you had an emotional outburst over the posting of the unsubsidized iPhone retail price with an unqualified statement?

I see a lot for unsubsidized phones at $400 and above. The best price for a phone (locked) on ATT’snetwork with LTE was the Pantech BURST REFRBISHED 4″ phone for $349 unsubsidized. Samsung Focus (refurb) also has the closest to half the price but not quite half price. These do the same thing as the IPhone 5, but their specs match their price.

BTW- I own a GS3, but did not find it for half price.

Awww nobody seems to able to afford an iphone :(
Android is like a swiss keychain multi-tool, it pretends to do many things and it does them in a lousy way, specialy the ipod part no native gapless playback, priority sound output for ipod functionality, it remembers last volume level for each device on stereo bluetooth and many more to list here. Nokia and windows phone are just laughable not even worth mentioning.

Now they release the unlocked iphones…. I already bought galaxy note 2 in white then switched to grey both unlocked and worth the price, took them this long for the unlocked iphones pfft..

True. But whatever you want to buy is your problem. It doesnt matter if it feels outdated or how much you spend. I mean thats that’s persons problem. Everyone has their own opinion on what they want to use. Why should I have to drive a chevy when I can drive a Ford or a Honda car. or anything else

oh crap. 699 is canada price. i didnt realize that i was on the canadian apple store for some reason. thanks it is 649.
Even though i really do want the nexus 4. I am not an android fanboy or apple fanboy. I mean all phones have their pros & cons. It doesnt matter what type of phone one has. everyone has their preferences on what they like

Iphone is boring and so is ipad. I bought Nokia lumia 822 with windows phone 8 and will get 922 when it comes out to verizon. Since I bought Nokia lumia 822 I feel I have real phone and small computer with me. iphone was just a joke. People who want to be dumb buy iphone. People who want to get smart and be wise buy Nokia Windows Phone.

actually its not 649 its 699. for the 16gb model
