We Don’t work for free in america that’s why they made minimum wage. Maybe apple should try to make more money on advertising instead of the greedyness there known for. For the lazy remark that might pertain to you. If your lazy well thats your problem. I on the other hand don’t have that problem and would be happy to work for minimum wage witch here is $8.50. As far as your friend go’s she should not get mad because of the simple fact that theres other ways to make money. When you look at the big picture China would be the last place I would take my business. It’s funny that chinas money is worth more than USA now. Whats the reason? Are government and people like your friend doing chinas dirty work and now your telling me its wrong to look out for your own people. Something the USA was to stuppid to see from the begining.

The “stolen concepts” of the first Mac were merely the mouse and basic concepts of windows – not Windows. Microsoft’s Windows was then stolen whole hog from Apple, and was a crappy replica, at that…

Sorry to hear that you are being forced to use Apple products.

Apple takes concepts and makes them work. Everyone else laughed at the cost of the touch screen until the iPhone made everyone rethink it. They didn’t invent it; they made it work. I don’t care who invented the screen and its technologies, or the mouse - Apple made it work.

Apple(AAPL) has been a shady company for years…the first Mac computer was a stolen concept of windows (Apple started out making Windows PCs). And now every stolen technology they use they get patents on, even if they didn’t create the technology. I use iPhone and iPads for work, if they weren’t issued to me for free, if it weren’t for that I would never have them.

So, if Proview has sold 20k desktop computers that look like 15 year old iMacs, how is that a “competing consumer electronic product”?

It is clear to everyone what is going on here, and it has nothing to do with Apple infringing on their copyright. If Proview wins this thing, Apple should change the name of it to iStink, (in China only, of course) to always remind them of this garbage while toting around their beautiful gadget with the ridonculous name.

Well, How can apple keep jobs in USA? Who’s gonna willing to work $2 a minimum wage in china in US? you? People say we all should keep jobs here but nobody is willing to do it. Are we too lazy? or have wrong sense of entitlement?

My friend was running an import and export business in china, bring it “cheaper” products that are made in china to US or other countries, offering to consumers and distributors cheaper and more competitive price. Literally one day, Chinese govt told her that she has to give huge percentage of her profit (that she makes OUTSIDE china) otherwise, her import export license or title will be revoked. and that’s what they did. she lost everything.

basically, imagine, you bought a tv from chinese factory for $50. you sell it to a consumer for $60 in Sweden. You made $10, fair and square. all the sudden, chinese govt told her that she needs to pay $7 of that $10 profit to chinese govt otherwise, your legal license and title will be invalidated. Their reasoning? If she’s to make profit from any china made goods, all Chinese people has to profit with her. it’s called communism… oh well.

Your friend forgot to tell you what he did wrong i’m sure. Tell him or her to read the fine print and to learn laws because he would have known better befor he started a business. What there doing to apple is fair to me because apple should of kept jobs in USA. You get what you pay for;)

for some reason, china is the bad one here. what bunch of assholes! My friend ran a business in china and as soon as he started to make some money, chinese govt restrict his business so that he can’t never use the money OUTSIDE the china. don’t deal with commies Apple! F* China
